Camelina seeds contain more than 40% of lipids and a large part consists of poly-unsaturated fatty acids (ω-3 and ω-6).
Camelina oil is cold-pressed through a mechanical process without any solvents.
The high content of Vitamin E (Tocopherols 660 mg/kg) increases stability, protecting the poly -unsaturated fatty acids from oxidation.
